General Data Protection Regulation's Toolkit
EU General Data Protection Regulation – A new era of data security
The GDPR will replace the current EU Directive and will be directly applicable in all Member States without the need for implementing national legislation. It will apply from 25th May 2018. However, as it contains some onerous obligations, many of which will take time to prepare for, it will have an immediate impact.
This toolkit seeks to summarise the key changes that the new Regulation will bring, to highlight and assist with the most important actions and changes which organisations should take in preparing to comply with it.
