Product Update - October 2019

We have recently release updates to the Riliance Risk and Compliance system which we'd like to share with you.

Additional filters have been added to our complaint and undertaking modules as well as updates to the information shown on the complaint view page and daily task update email.

To assist with complaint management, the date the investigation letter was sent has been added to the record view page - the view page now displays all the details recorded during the complaint investigation. We have also added a complaint type filter to the standard complaint report which will allow users to focus on specific types of complaints with only the relevant data shown in the report.

To keep the undertaking reports consistent with the rest of the system we have added options to filter the reports by office and department.

The daily task email has also been updated; this will now include all tasks set in the system including any for our advanced enterprise risk management modules.

Our three-part webinar series looking at the introduction of the SRA’s new Standards and Regulations has now ended - these webinars provide case studies to help understand the regulation and the new expectations.
