Access acquires Riliance

The Access Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of software to growing mid-market businesses, today announced the acquisition of Riliance, an online training, compliance and risk management solution provider with a market leading position in the Legal Sector.

The acquisition of Riliance, with revenues of over £3m, is a testament to Access’ commitment to the mid-market and demonstrates its dedication to continually adding solutions of value to its Access Workspace suite.

Riliance’s cloud based, feature rich and easy to use software enables users to manage their individual online training, risk management and compliance requirements.  With more than 1,200 customers, including key names such as Weightmans, Clifford Chance and Co-Op Legal Services, already leveraging the Riliance solutions.  With investment from Access the Riliance solutions will strengthen their position in the Legal and Financial Services sector and grow specific offerings for other sectors including Education and Charities where Access already has a significant presence in the market.
