2019 SRA Diversity Survey
The Legal Services Board regulations require all legal practices to survey their diversity every two years. As a regulated firm, you’re required to survey your workforce, collecting data anonymously. The new survey is due in June 2019 but firms should start collecting and submitting data now.
Collate, report, publish

The data is then reported back to you in a format ready for you submit to the SRA.
In 2011 the Legal Services Board published their decision paper on increasing diversity and social mobility in the legal workforce. Firms must collate and report their diversity data to the SRA every two years, this requirement applies to all firms regulated by the SRA, including sole practices, recognised bodies and alternative business structures. Once the data has been collated the SRA will publish the diversity profile of the profession on its website, and report back to the Legal Services Board.
